Exporting your transactional data

Exporting your transactional data

What is this?

You can export your transactions from the software at any time, for example, to share with your accountant or bookkeeper. You can do this even if your account has lapsed. We want to empower our users with their own data, not keep it hostage!

How do I use this feature?
To export your transactions, log in to the software and navigate to the Record Keeping area.
1. Set the filters to show the relevant transactions eg. Date, business source etc
2. Select View records to display the filtered transactions
3. Select Export data and your transactions will download in a CSV-file format

Please note if you are downloading a large number of transactions the file may take a moment to download
